Serving Women Wounded in Ministry

At Wisdom for Women in Waiting, we recognize the unique challenges and deep wounds women in ministry often carry. Whether from betrayal, rejection, burnout, discrimination, spiritual exhaustion, or abuse, the weight of serving in the body of Christ can sometimes leave women feeling unseen, unappreciated, cast aside, and broken.

Guided by Rev. Diane Covington’s years of ministry experience, this platform is a place of healing, restoration, and renewed purpose. We serve women wounded in ministry by offering:

  • A Safe Space for Healing – Through compassionate listening, prayer support, and spiritual guidance, we provide a refuge where women can honestly share their struggles and begin the journey to restoration.
  • Biblical Encouragement & Teaching – Through Scripture-based wisdom, Rev. Covington offers messages of hope, endurance, and renewal, reminding women that God still has a plan for their lives.
  • Mentorship & Support – Drawing from decades of experience, Rev. Covington will walk alongside our participants to help them process their pain and rediscover their calling.
  • Community & Connection – No one should heal alone. Wisdom for Women in Waiting fosters relationships among women who understand the trials of ministry, creating a network of encouragement and strength.
  • Renewal of Purpose – Many wounded in ministry struggle to believe they can serve again. We help women rediscover their passion, embrace God’s timing, and move forward with wisdom, strength, and grace.

For every woman who has ever asked, “God, what now?” after experiencing hurt in ministry—please know that waiting is not the end of your calling. Healing is possible, and your purpose is still alive.

Let Wisdom for Women in Waiting be a place where you can breathe again, heal fully, and walk boldly into the next season God has for you.
